Elena Levina is a co-owner of NanoServ LLC. She has a higher economic education, MBA. She has experience in running business from scratch, in project management of real estate, a shopping center, a network of retail stores. For a few years she has led the financial service in large companies. General management experience is 12 years. Each work of Elena is a finished project executed in a certain period. She gets down to business, establishes and optimizes the process, improves performance, transfers the site to other hands and moves on. Three years ago, Elena decided she wanted to invest her potential in her own business. She has found a new challenge, this time - of federal level - to create a successful company NanoServ for cleaning the pipes and heating equipment from scale
In three years Elena raised the company’s turnover to 30 million rubles a year. According to Forbes Woman, NanoServ has become one of the most interesting female start-ups in 2014. The same year the project of NanoServ won cleaning technology award of federal competition GenerationS, organized by RVC and IDC of the city of Moscow.
The problem that the company NanoServ addresses has a large scale - losses from scale on pipes and equipment at production and HCS amount to billions of rubles. Minerals, forming scale, do not dissolve in water, are not afraid of acid, they are virtually impossible to clean off mechanically. Existing technologies are expensive and not effective enough.
Bionanotechnology BiZ-1 patented by NanoServ is based on genetically modified lactic acid bacteria. Cleaning of the pipes using special bacteria can restore the heating system, boiler and heating equipment without damaging metal, rubber gaskets, plastics and other materials.
The high degree of cleaning, saving on repairs and complete overhauls, reducing the cost of services for heating, increased equipment life, safety for the environment and human – it is not a complete list of efficiency characteristics of the technology.
Now the technology is widely used in some regions of Russia, where heating systems at hundreds of sites have already been cleaned. Customers include heat-generating and industrial enterprises, having heating equipment and boilers on their balance sheet.
The company NanoServ conducted a series of cleanings in the social facilities: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, allowing for minimal money to return heat in premises, reduce the level of illness of staff, adjust the level of heating costs, and ease social tensions.
The company considers the main task to be providing the market with high-tech, energy-efficient technology, the maintenance of heating equipment in operation with minimum costs, optimizing processes of heat generation and heat consumption across the country in terms of budget deficit.
The basis of innovative biotechnology is lactic acid, which as a result of fermentation processes is hydrolyzed to monosaccharides, and it constantly generates more than 30 organic acids (citric, oxalic, formic, etc.). Efficiency of influence on salts forming scale is much higher than of any existing acid due to the fact that most operating acid is reduced by converting other acids into it. This is achieved by the introduction of genetically modified bacteria and enzymes of oxidoreductases obtained as a result of years of research that showed the highest results when used in practice, into milk whey or nutrient substrate. Flushing technology is based on circulation of washing solution in a closed circuit at a predetermined temperature and acidity level. During the circulation of the cleaning solution a gradual dissolution and removal of layers of accumulated sediment takes place.
