Vasiliy Savchenko graduated from Stavropol Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Machinery and Equipment for Food Production. He has extensive experience in the processing industry and passed the way from mechanic up to the head, so he knows and understands the inner specifics of this work. During the years of professional activity Savchenko V.I. implemented a number of interesting and ambitious projects.

Due to well-coordinated and competent work of a team under his leadership the financial solvency of bankrupt enterprise - canning factory JV Kuban - was restored for the first time in the Stavropol region.

Even more illustrative is his experience on revival of agricultural experimental production farm “Shpakovskoye”. He has developed a new business strategy, introduced new principles of governance and management, as a result in 1 year all the debts have been paid and the groundwork for future development was created.

Together with the company Evroplant (Germany) a technology for growing seed potatoes was introduced and implemented for the first time in the Stavropol Territory. Also they have mastered the technology of industrial cultivation of improved wild strawberries (strawberries).

For professional achievements Vasiliy Iliich was repeatedly awarded with diplomas of the Government of the Stavropol Territory. In 2011 he became the winner of the “BUSINESS SUCCESS 2011” in the nomination “The best project, funded under the program of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses”, which is held by the All-Russian public organization “OPORA ROSSII”.
Today Savchenko V.I. heads LLC Kuban Valley. The company employs a team of associates, capable of solving highly complex technical and marketing problems. Kuban Valley entrenched in the market as a manufacturer of first-class products with excellent profitability.
 
The main products produced by the company are natural juices of direct extraction and nectars under TM “Yuzhnyy”, puree and juice concentrates of pome fruit, concentrated puree from fruits and vegetables. The technology is based on two know-hows developed with the direct participation and under the guidance of V.I.Savchenko.

The company’s plans include the expansion of production; the company has already started the construction of a complete cycle enterprise for growing and processing of agricultural products. The capacity of the new complex will be 18 thousand tons of raw materials.

Vasiliy Iliich talks about his project and the problems that will be solved with the construction of the new complex, “The biggest problem for refiners is the raw material. The situation is that here agricultural producers and processors turned out to be each by oneself. But external conditions that are created for these two natural allies led to the lack of raw material for processing. Agricultural producers try to plant as little as possible and to sell at the highest possible price. This does not suit us, processors.

In addition, it is believed that some substandard products can be given for processing, but in fact we need high-quality agricultural products. In other words, we need high-quality, cheap raw materials in large quantities. Then we will be competitive with our products. That is why we have come to a complete production cycle: from the cultivation of raw materials to production of the finished product.”
The project leader believes that for the successful implementation of the project today it is important to achieve three objectives.
The first is the search for investors.

The project is interesting for investment, because it is attractive from many points of view: economic, political and social. We are talking about major processing complex, which includes its own agricultural production, greenhouse farming, vegetable storage and processing plant, which claims to be competitive in the industry.
The second objective is to find interested partners. The company plans to replicate the experience of manufacturing with the introduction of unique technologies in other territories.
The third task is the selection of distributors that can provide comprehensive logistics and distribution of products in the segment and geographically, organize sales.
