has been working in the medical field for more than 23 years. He began his professional career after graduating from the medical school in a laboratory as a paramedic. In 1986 he graduated from Semashko Moscow Medical Dental Institute, trained as a dentist. He worked as a doctor, supervised the medical department, and headed medical companies: Scientific-Technical Center Astrofizika-Diastom, Diastom LLC, Profi-StAR CJSC.
Medicine has become an integral part of his life. Ramil Talgatovich not only practices, but also enhances his professional competence by participating in medical seminars, conferences and exhibitions in Russia and abroad. The best medical experience formed the basis of the three clinics, created under the leadership of Gaynutdinov R.T. in Shymkent, Ekibastuz, Moscow.
Since 2009 till present Gaynutdinov R.T. has been working as Director General of Eidos LLC - an innovative company producing simulators, which is one of the leading Russian software developers and equipment manufacturers in the field of virtual reality systems.
In 2011, Eidos together with JSC KamAZ developed an auto simulator of KAMAZ locomobile management, capable of moving both on roads and on rails. Another achievement of the company was virtual simulators for DOSAAF driving schools, which were highly appreciated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The level of training of drivers on these simulators is comparable to the preparation of a pilot of a spaceship.

Under the leadership of Ramil Talgatovich a unique simulator was developed, designed to practice skills and abilities of rendering medical assistance in case of emergency. The simulator is a replica of a real person, repeats its skeletal structure and has a very close anatomical structure as the human body.
The stationary robotic patient simulator is used for testing the skills of medical students as a visual aid. It is designed to simulate a variety of clinical situations in a variety of fields - from anesthesiology and intensive care to military medicine. The use of such simulators greatly increases the quality of medical education

Medical equipment of Eidos, developed on the basis of world technology, is equipping the simulation and training classes, experimental operating theaters, helps solving the virtual and situational problems, conducting remote interactive session.
The main objective of the project of Eidos is the creation of centers of excellence in medical science that will improve the overall level of medicine in Russia due to the development and promotion of domestic developments both in practical and scientific medical field.
The project implementation solves the problem of import substitution and allows entering world markets, providing the exchange of experience at the international level and the possibility of further training of doctors under the European standards, both in our country and abroad.
Eidos today is building cooperative relations with many Russian and foreign partners. Thus, Russia's largest Clinical Research Institute - Vladimirsky MONIKI together with Eidos started to create center of simulation educational technologies. Today, negotiations are underway with the company SIMENS on the establishment of joint production.
